As you proceed through the checkout you will have the options to design your own artwork online, upload your files (300dpi at 50% full scale with no crop marks and no bleed) or send us your design brief. You will also have the option to see a proof, please note if you select to see a proof, nothing will be printed until the proof is confirmed by yourself. We produce proofs very quickly, usually within a few hours (during the working week). Technical artwork specification

At HFE you speak to people not machines and we're always happy to help. We don't have phone menus and nothing is too much trouble, call us and see for yourself. HFE Customer service is simply as good as it gets.

Artwork Quality

If your artwork is too poor or something is wrong we won't print it, we call you to resolve any artwork problems.

Trade

If you are a trade customer, we can supply with no HFE branding, and we can send it direct to your customer with no branded paperwork. You will have an option for this during the checkout, a small surcharge applies for this service.
