About Jamie

Joined HFE:

I started working at HFE Signs in March 2011

My Role at HFE:

I am part of the accounts team at HFE. I deal with processing customer’s orders, invoices and payments. I also deal with dispatches, creating the labels for deliveries and packaging them ready for collection by our courier. Heavily involved in customer service making sure everyone is happy. I’m a Sage Master and I will find your previous order even if its from many years ago!

Brief professional background:

My only previous job was a Fully Trained Shoe Fitter at Clarks shoes. I started at Clarks part time as a sales assistant in between studying for my A-Levels, I progressed over the 4 years I was with them and became stock room manager.

Hobbies out of work:

Massive football fan if I am not playing it I am watching it regardless of who is playing, love going to the Cinema and playing Xbox in my free time.

Claims to fame:

Played football at Burton Albion in a cup final which we won, working on playing at Old Trafford :)
